About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Nutrition business unit. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing a wide array of commercial and Healthcare Professional (HCP) data sources, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. The analyst will play a key role in enhancing reporting automation, supporting custom research, and driving data-informed decision-making across the business.

Your responsibilities

Data Administration & Management

- Own the administration of POS and warehouse data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.

- Maintain and validate data pipelines across Nielsen, Amazon, D2C, ProVoice, and other platforms.

Reporting & Insights

- Deliver weekly and monthly market sales performance reports, including Amazon and D2C channels.

- Support standard reporting for Medical Sales and HCP engagement metrics.

- Lead quarterly ProVoice reporting, including scorecard updates and metric/target setting.

- Support with the development and interpretation of various analytical models to uncover insights and guide decision-making.

- Identify HCP drivers and trends through data analysis.

Power BI Development

- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards across commercial domains.

Research & Budget Support

- Assist in custom HCP market research initiatives.

- Own the HCP research budget and procurement process.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with Brand, Retail, and Medical Sales teams to deliver insights that drive business decisions.

- Present findings and dashboards to internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

 

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and strong attention to detail.

- Experience with retail and/or medical sales data is an asset.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

- Experience with Nielsen, Amazon analytics, and D2C platforms.

- Familiarity with procurement processes and budget tracking.

- Knowledge of HCP engagement, ProVoice metrics, and modeling techniques.
