The scope of the job includes assistance to Quality Compliance Manager in overseeing Quality Compliance at the Reckitt Factory, including both Healthcare and Household plants.
Your responsibilities
- Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.
- Training employees in industry compliance requirements.
- Ensure that Quality Improvement/remediation plans are followed and report to Quality Compliance Manager of any deviation or non-conformance.
- Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance.
- Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments.
- Executing new compliance policies and procedures as required.
- Applying for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
- Developing and maintaining a compliance record keeping system.
- Corresponding with the Ministry of Health Officials pertaining to registered products.
- Conduct Self-Inspection Audits along with CAPA Finalization with auditee and track their on-time execution.
- Perform risk assessment on an annual basis based on criticality of operations for Quality Internal audit scheduling and prioritization and develop Master plan in accordance with risk-based approach.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and ensure actions to identify weaknesses.
- Track internal inspection commitments through action, completion and verification.
- Conduct training sessions for Management & Non-Management staff.
The experience we're looking for
- Educate to a minimum bachelor’s degree level in Pharmacy / Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Quality Assurance / Compliance in Pharmaceutical industry / FMCG company.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements for GXP compliance.
- Knowledge of all aspects relating to QC & QA of Pharmaceutical & FMCG Products.
- Good communication and inter / intrapersonal skills. Must have ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.
