About the role
The position oversees and supervises the facility management (Head office, Regional Offices, and Beach Hut), Fleet Management, Outsourced services and general maintenance agreements, travel Management, and EHS Responsibility of commercial organization.
Your responsibilities
Administration:
- Facilities management - HO (includes R&M, Contract mgmt. parking and Guest Management)
- Liaison with the building management as well as government bodies (electricity, water etc.)
- Event Management – in & outside including sales events
- Fleet Management – Perquisites and Tool of Trade (Sales), Timely replacement of Vehicles for both the above categories and auction of company vehicles when required, car fuel management
- Manage travel and hotel
- Ensuring timely updation of the vendor agreements and managing invoices
- Ensuring Reckitt Sales offices are well maintained
- Leading negotiation with vendors for all Admin related supplies and services
- Manage the Admin budget
- Manage security in liaison with the relevant agencies
- Conduct Gemba’s for sales and HO to ensure a safe work environment
Commercial EHS
- Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
- Ensure compliance & contribute to upkeep and improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental corporate policy/procedures & applicable legal requirements.
- Roll out relevant training programs such as defensive driving, eye test etc
- Monthly connect with Business Supports at sales offices to ensure compliance
- Point of contact for any EHS audit
- Work closely with identified fire wardens
- Managing all the facilities (HO & Sales regions) as per EHS requirement and develop quarterly EHS engagement plan for all commercial offices
- Work on effective inventory optimization through various initiatives such as spring cleaning
The experience we're looking for
- Significant experience, Minimum 5 years, in facilities management across various locations, especially in international or multinational settings.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in EHS
- A clear understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and facilities management best practices.
