About the role

Immerse yourself in a pivotal role as HR Manager at Reckitt's vibrant factory setting, where the everyday tasks align with the thrill of realising potential. You will head the HR functions, infusing policies and strategies with a fresh, people-centric perspective. IR activities of Mauripur factory. Supervising payroll and benefit related activities i.e. payroll, funds Audit, GSPP, WPPF, Annual Plan and FC for establishment cost etc

Your responsibilities

Industrial Relations

  • Support company business plans & objectives by providing timely & accurate advice & counsel on labor implication in accordance with labor laws, agreements with CBA and prevailing practice in the factory.
  • To interpret & administer the union contract with respect to grievance, wages & salaries, employee welfare, health care, pensions, union & management practices & other contractual stipulations.
  • Ensure that industrial peace is maintained with normal productivity & discipline & that labor laws are implemented to save the company for legal liabilities / consequences.
  • To ensure the adherence of disciplinary policy
  • To prepare information for management whenever a collective bargaining agreement is up for negotiation.
  • To ensure maintenance of proper records required to be maintained under various labor laws and its Audit.
  • Maintain good working relationship with concerned Govt. functionaries & labour Directors / departments.
  • Ensure strict adherence with Quality Management System(s).
  •  Ensure compliance & contribute to upkeep and improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental corporate policy/procedures & applicable legal requirements.
  • To supervise time & attendance system and ensure its timely correctness for payroll input record.
  • Provide monthly payroll input, Head count, Overtime and accrual data for correct payroll and financial reporting
  • Periodic factories return submission & Hygiene card update
  • Supervise regular meetings between CBA and Management
  • Ensure Compliance with Human Rights Standards: Monitor and enforce adherence to human rights principles. Coordinate and facilitate social audits to assess compliance with human rights and ethical labor standards.

Payroll and Funds

  • Supervising all payroll and funds related activities and their Audits
  • Supervise GSPP related activities
  • Preparing Plan and FC for establishment cost
  • Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll and funds audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of income tax, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Understanding and updates of the current labour laws and industrial trends
  • Understanding of manpower contract management
  • Understanding of Social Audit and basic human rights
  • Minimum 8 years of experience handling CBA, dispute resolution, COD negotiations, disciplinary action proceeding, relevant labour department handling
