About the role

Seeking a leadership opportunity where you can mould the future of manufacturing? The Production Executive Position at Reckitt oversees and supervises the production activities and staff at Household factory, The role directly reports into the Production Manager, who reports to the Factory Manager.

Your responsibilities

To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.

To adhere with the instructions relating to production operations including the in-process controls, and to ensure their strict implementation.

To ensure that the production records re-evaluated and signed by a designated person before they are made available to the quality control department.

  • Daily loss monitoring of line results, analysis of KPIs, CAPA development and improvement.
  • Daily line/shift meetings to monitor and drive performance.
  • Implementation of Operator Asset Care, CLI and centre lining implementation for line/s
  • Complete Waste zero base loss analysis, mapping, categorization & driving improvement plans.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, 5S and SMED for planned losses
  • Work optimization including workload of staff, line layouts, development of SOPs and work instruction and ensuring their compliance.
  • Developing and implementing Safety & Quality Process capability checks and improvements plans including risk assessments of processes/ activities and areas.
  • Develop line/area Safety mapping, safety walks, working on leading indicators to improve safety culture
  • RFT loss analysis and improvement plan
  • Deviation and QI reporting and analysis of the observations and development of action/improvement plans

The experience we're looking for

  • A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Plant preferably in the FMCG industry
