About the role

The scope of the job includes analytical work, associated documentation and compliance to GLP. Quality Control Executive has direct reporting to the Quality Control Lead Healthcare

Your responsibilities

  • Analyses of bulk, finished products & stability samples as per approved methods and status labelling
  • Maintaining raw data of all testing in logbooks as per SOP
  • Maintain analytical results in Batch Analytical Record Sheet as per procedure
  • Maintain equipment usage, preparation of reagents, volumetric solution standardization logbooks
  • Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs
  • Performed and System suitability and maintain its records
  • Keep and use copies of all approved test methods, monograph etc. available and easily accessible to perform related activities
  • Perform Validation of non-pharmacopoeia methods
  • Perform PM testing as per requirement
  • Perform regular & on-going stability testing & analysis of complaint’s samples
  • Development / simplification of analytical methods
  • Participate in investigation of OOS results
  • Troubleshoot testing failures
  • Support in audit management
  • Ensure compliance & contribute to upkeep and improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental corporate policy/procedures & applicable legal requirements
  • Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers
  • Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within the Laboratory
  • Write and update laboratory related SOPs
  • Follow all related SOPs while performing any activities within the lab.
  • Keep the specifications & Test methods aligned with latest pharmacopeia
  • Perform any other job assigned by line manager
  • Ensure strict adherence with Quality Management System(s).
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the lab.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Pharmacy (Post Graduate Degree is preferable) with at least 2-5 years of experience working in a quality and or regulatory compliance function in a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or related industry.
  • Clear understanding and ability to assess and act upon product safety, quality, efficacy and compliance risks.
  • Good understanding of typical regulatory requirements relevant to a regulated product e.g. Drugs Act 1976, DRAP Rules 2012 and GLP.
