About the role
The RPS (Operational Excellence) Lead will support the implementation of the Reckitt Production System across the site, enabling continuous improvement and operational excellence in day-to-day manufacturing activities. Working closely with the RPS Manager and site teams, the RPS Lead will help embed R-PS tools, routines, and standards into daily operations to eliminate losses, improve efficiency, and build a culture of continuous improvement across all functions.
Your responsibilities
• Support the RPS Manager in deploying Reckitt Production System blueprints across the site.
• Conduct training sessions and hands-on coaching for front-line teams on R-PS tools
• Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops to reduce targeted losses and optimize work processes.
• Assist in tracking operational KPIs, identifying gaps, and suggesting actions to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead small-scale productivity and waste reduction projects under the guidance of the RPS Manager.
• Maintain initiative trackers, status reports, and documentation for performance improvement projects.
• Support governance routines by preparing data, dashboards, and progress updates for site leadership reviews.
• Engage with teams to build ownership of continuous improvement as part of daily operations.
The experience we're looking for
• 2–4 years’ experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or lean operations.
• Familiarity with lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and OEE.
• Hands-on experience in leading at least 1–2 improvement projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
