Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Regional Sales Manager leads the regional sales team and distributors to deliver company’s desired volume and NR targets by maximizing sales and distribution across listed pharmacies and key customers across Pakistan. Pharma RSM leads the distributors/ team through managing onground presence of Reckitt products & ensuring BIC deployment of trade tools across pharma universe. Key in navigating the regional team in times of uncertainty within the geographic strata/ circumference through strong leadership and clarity of thought.
The role is a senior sales leadership role with the task of setting the path for the region to deliver on agreed parameters. The person is responsible for managing the important pharma sector, ensuring market activities are compliant & in line with DRAP laid out guidelines/ regulations (any deviation can be prove to be a liability for Reckitt & it’s partners). Ensuring that Reckitt value ambition targets are met, whilst ensuring the highest degree of compliance standards in place.
Your responsibilities
Strategic
- Develop Regional Sales & Distribution plan for the year which covers volume, coverage, productivity and infrastructure requirement and cascade it down to each distributor of the region
- Work with regional sales team to implement superior coverage & ensure that Reckitt products are ahead in terms of category presence & performance instore
- Lead the development of initiatives and concepts needed to maintain Reckitt competitive edge in the region
- Coach the team of FF (ASMs & TSEs) to stay upto date with Reckitt Health in your Hands Ambitions
- Ensuring trainings and being a practitioner of SOPs that keep Reckitt products ahead in the call model of Allied RTM
Operational
- GTM & RTMStrategies revisit to induce operational efficiencies, given that a Allied coverage model is in place including other principals.
- Develop strong business relationship with distributors by continuously monitoring their ROI; ensuring that distributors remain profitable and at the same time makes sure that distributors and their teams work within Reckitt guidelines and principles.
- Helping calibrate trade plans and activities as per the industry trends and changing market landscape.
- Ensure the deployment of strategies in a practical manner to the regional sales team.
- Analyze and report competitive activities in his region to the Pharma Sales Manager & TMM - HC.
- Ensure the placement and usage of tracking system to track key sales fundamentals of the region.
- Ensure the placement of infrastructure & asset necessary to drive the business.
- Develop an annual capability calendar for Reckitt and distributors team to optimize resource utilization.
- Provide ongoing coaching to all ASMs within the region and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
- Ensure proper execution for all new product initiatives
The experience we're looking for

Educated to minimum Bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject – from a recognised university. Bachelors in Pharmacy is preferred

Minimum 5 years FMCX or Sales experience in a pharma sales environment..
