Your responsibilities
1) Leadership & coordination in NPD/EPD, NRP, GME, and BDI projects across the AME region.
2) Day to day management of personnel, including the motivation and development of direct reports.
3) Management of laboratory KPI tracking in terms of change controls, work packages, trainings, deviations, etc.

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science.
- 2-6 years of working experience preferably in an FMCG Environment
- Familiarity with R & D processes and working within a GMP environment.
- Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate others, showing strong interpersonal competence and team commitment.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to propose improvements and challenge the status quo for better results.
- Adaptable and collaborative nature, prepared to take accountability for a broad range of activities.
