About the role
As Sales Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing and developing our business in Lithuania. You will work closely with distributors, act as a trusted partner for key clients, and deliver outstanding commercial results.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will shape market strategy, drive sales performance, and strengthen our brand presence in Lithuania.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage the brands’ business across Lithuania.
- Develop, execute, and monitor the sales strategy both with direct customers and through distributors.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive initiatives to increase market share.
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
- Ensure effective brand positioning and availability in the market
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement global and local strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with key accounts.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG or hygiene/consumer goods.
- Strong distributor management and key account management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, result-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within Lithuania as needed.
