About the role

As an R&D Formulation Assistant, you will support the development and delivery of innovation projects across the category pipeline. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to formulation development, technical risk assessment and product scale-up activities, helping bring high-quality, compliant products to market.

Your responsibilities

Support analytical and formulation development activities across innovation projects from lab scale through to factory scale-up.
Contribute to product feasibility assessments and delivery of key development milestones.
Partner with R&D, CTSG and cross-functional teams to support product development from concept to launch.
Identify technical risks and support the development of mitigation plans.
Assist in defining product specifications and desired product attributes in line with project requirements.
Support technology transfer, product scale-up and application of QbD/DoE principles.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including formulation reports, stability reports and regulatory documentation.
Conduct technical evaluations, benchmarking and due diligence activities where required.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, laboratory and safety standards.

The experience we're looking for

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
Understanding of analytical techniques, including chromatography and laboratory-based testing.
Knowledge of product development processes within a laboratory or regulated environment.
Understanding of technical risk assessment and mitigation approaches.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Comfortable working independently in a cross-functional environment.
