About the role

Our Global QMS Business Partner is responsible for the implementation, management and monitoring of the Reckitt Global Quality Management System. Working closely with all QMS owners and compliance colleagues in Health, Hygiene, and Nutrition we ensure safety and compliance of all Reckitt products by delivering a consistant and compliant QMS. We manage the creation, maintenance, continuous improvement and deployment of the Quality Process, Policies, and Procedures for the QMS.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and advocate change within the Global Quality function driving a risk and process-based mindset. Empowering the business to embed a consistent way of working

  • Ensure that the Global QMS meets current regulatory requirements and internal standards, anticipating future changes as defined within the requirements of the Quality Manual

  • Responsibility for the continuous improvement of the Global QMS through proactive identification of technology and new ways of working that drives engagement and adoption

  • Proactively ensure KPIs and other measures are reviewed and trended to ensure any required changes are captured in revisions. Manages key QMS data to support reviews, deployment, and QMS systems

  • Partner with teams of Subject Matter Experts to review and enhance the Global Policies and procedures
  • Learn and adopt best practice for documentation, providing simplification for end users
  • Design and deliver training webinars on QMS documents as part of the process of embedding new and changed procedures and policies 
  • Maintains an awareness of broad activities of R&D, Supply, Commercial, etc. integrating quality systems as required for product regulatory compliance 

  • Coordinates and organises dialogue from multiple stakeholders for strategic input, drawing on technical expertise and understanding of the business operating model. Engages with senior business leaders regarding processes and to secure alignment for document approvals. 

  • Continuous improvement and step change improvement to the QMS, policies and procedures 

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience within Healthcare/FMCG multidisciplinary environment
  • Quality system design and implementation experience Knowledge of regulatory requirements at an international level 
  • Understanding of the full product life cycle including R&D, Manufacture and Distribution etc. 
  • Experience of working and delivering in a matrix organisation 
  • High level of expertise in technical writing of technical documents 
  • Experienced in implementing technological solutions 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
