About the role
In this role, you will support the coordination of the supply activities for the realisation of compliance programs globally. Act as the main contact for the artwork implementation, any issues that arise with compliance programs implementation by manufacturing sites and escalate to the Global Supply Program Implementation Manager. Represent Global Supply Program Management among Supply sourcing sites to ensure that the Supply aspects are assessed and collected.
Your responsibilities
-Manage and coordinate the artwork implementation of global programs interlinking with the site teams.
-Coordinate and follow up with the regulatory and marketing teams ensuring traction is made and scope and objectives remain clear throughout.
-Ensure any risks highlighted are mitigated and any actions associated are complete to reduce risks.
-Escalate production plan risks to the teams and the GSPM in order to create a mitigation plans are required.
-Support global sites’ preparedness for the compliance program realization from technical pov.
-Act as a point of contact for all the Reckitt and EMOs sourcing sites are involved escalating to the GSPM.
-Take responsibility for process development and improvement that is required for sufficient and cost-effective realisation of the compliance related changeovers on the Supply side.
-Provide status updates and present to senior leadership members including driving and leading Steerco meetings.
The experience we're looking for
-3-5 years FMCG industry project management experience. -Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority is key. -Ability to build shared success by working with and influencing cross functional teams. -Strong presentation skills. -Takes action to improve effectiveness and unblocks obstacles to successfully complete projects. -In line with the Reckitt compass, will be achievement focussed and able to work in a direct, fast-paced and often pressurised environment, always striving for a better solution. |
