This is a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of new ways of working, processes, and systems across the PLM programme. You will lead the design and execution of a global training and capability-building strategy that equips all impacted users with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to operate effectively in the transformed environment. To achieve this, you will leverage modern learning principles, digital platforms, and AI-driven tools to create engaging, scalable training experiences that drive transformation and sustained capability.
Given the cross-functional nature of PLM (R&D, Supply, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement), the role requires a strategic view of business process change, data flows, and governance to ensure capability outcomes remain consistent globally.
This role offers the opportunity to shape global learning strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and lead capability building for one of Reckitt’s most significant digital transformation programmes.
About the role
Your responsibilities
- Own and maintain the global training strategy, governance standards, and execution roadmap
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and readiness requirements.
- Develop role-based learning journeys aligned with organisational change impacts and system roles.
- Design, develop, and deliver training content and sessions in virtual, classroom, and blended formats.
- Leverage AI-driven platforms for engaging, bite-sized learning content.
- Promote self-paced learning and continuous capability development through digital tools.
- Manage global and local training logistics for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Global OCM team to align training with communication and engagement strategies.
- Integrate training into the overall change roadmap and readiness assessments.
- Define and track KPIs for training effectiveness, adoption rates, and sustained capability post go-live.
- Establish a sustainable capability framework for BAU ownership, including governance and ongoing learning pathways.
- Ensure compliance with global standards for training delivery and evaluation.
- Support resolution of end-user issues during hypercare and BAU.
- Drive continuous improvement in training and capability frameworks.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience in global training strategy and execution for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven track record in ERP, PLM, or other enterprise system deployments (SAP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of change management principles and their application in training.
- Expertise in digital learning approaches (blended learning, microlearning).
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools and digital content creation platforms.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
