About the role

You'll be the critical link, ensuring our top customers receive exceptional service while optimising efficiency and fostering collaborative partnerships. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the transformation of our systems and processes, maximising the satisfaction of our customers and driving our ambitious goals. Your responsibilities
-Primary point of contact as the department lead for all escalations.
-Responsible as a leader for attendance and effective participation in: L3, GROW meetings, L2 as needed, Connected Planning Calls, Monthly Supply Review Meetings, Performance Review Meeting.
-Responsible for mid to long term capacity review for the cell and coordinating any actions required with internal and external stakeholders.
-Ensure that Exceptions are actioned from the planners, Traffic Light Review is done weekly, and relevant actions are done for production and execution planning.
-Ensure that campaigns planned for the rolling 4 weeks are reviewed and actioned with operations, ensuring alignment between processing and packaging.
-Manage escalations from internal stakeholders, assist the team in corresponding support required for wider actions.
-Manage and maintain Planning Rate reviews and OEE understanding.
-Lead, train, mentor, and coach the Planners and act as a point of escalation.
-Accountable for schedule adherence targets; review and improve on going under / over performance.
The experience we're looking for
- A proven track record in Supply Chain leadership with outstanding customer service results.
- Experienced in supply chain or sales roles with a keen understanding of crucial supply chain metrics.
- Skilled at building strong partnerships with stakeholders and empowering your team to deliver impeccable results.
- Proficient in business process improvement, aiming to boost efficiency and cut costs.
- Well-versed in advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Management.
