About the role


As a Senior Associate in our Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) team, focusing on Over the Counter products, you will manage the development of key projects to deliver consumer preferred products for Reckitt power brands, from concept to market launch. Collaborating with multi-functional project teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

You will be at the forefront of our industry's evolution, navigating through complex, multifaceted projects with a mix of technical skill and creative thinking. Your responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional alignment meetings to address specific project challenges/issues and coordinate activities and objectives to advance initiatives through the product development process.

- Build and manage project timelines, budget and resources while managing risks, monitoring progress and communicating status to upper management.

- Establish, communicate, and continually manage project expectations and progress with team members and key project stakeholders via meetings, presentations and monthly status reports.

- Manage internal and external cross functional project activity, ensuring budgets and resources are identified, allocated and managed while holding collaborators accountable for completion of actions on time and to required standards.

- Act as an exemplar of best practice on project management and planning, including creation and management of key project management documentation through appropriate use of PPM tools and systems (Project Briefs, Project Plans, Gantt Charts, Success Criteria, Risk Assessments, Budget, Resourcing, etc), in line with the operating model.

- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical project paths; manage risk analysis and contingency planning on all assigned projects.

- Lead project updates together with GBMMs (Global Brand Marketing Managers) towards key stakeholder forum updates, including flags for project changes (changes to scope, risks, resourcing, schedule) and Stage Gates.

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelors degree, ideally in a scientific field with exceptional Project Management and Microsoft Project skills.

- Experience with product development within a FMCG environment, with a proven track record of delivery.

- Proven planning and organisational skills, with good understanding of priority setting and re-aligning priorities.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide feedback, resolve conflict, interact with all levels of the organization and apply influence to align functions.

- Strong interpersonal skills to nurture teamwork and foster an environment of achievement and motivation.
