About the role

As a Senior Associate, Clinical Excellence at Reckitt, you will play a key role in improving how clinical studies are delivered across the organisation.

This is a process and project-focused role within a clinical environment. Instead of running clinical trials directly, you will focus on how those processes work - identifying challenges, improving efficiencies, and driving better ways of working.

You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, bringing teams together, aligning priorities, and ensuring that initiatives are delivered successfully. This role requires a strong ability to manage projects, influence across functions, and drive meaningful change.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, taking ownership of projects, and making a visible impact on how the organisation operates.

Your responsibilities

  • Define and track KPIs to measure performance of clinical study processes
  • Monitor performance, identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and sharing actionable recommendations
  • Manage EG&CR dashboards to provide clear visibility for senior stakeholders
  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and adoption
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve clinical study execution processes and align with business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ensure processes are compliant, fit for purpose, and audit-ready

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree in Life Sciences or similar field
  • Around 2+ years’ experience in a clinical or regulated environment
  • Good understanding of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and driving change across teams
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment
  • Structured thinking with a focus on KPIs, performance, and problem-solving
