We are Reckitt

Home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose.

Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

About the role

This role is a critical bridge between data analytics, supply coordination, and omnichannel execution. You will be responsible for delivering business insights through data, aligning closely with the Supply team to ensure product availability, and supporting seamless campaign execution across online touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of eCommerce, retail operations, and commercial strategy.

Your responsibilities

Data Analytics & Insights
•    Own the end-to-end analytics process to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
•    Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across sales, campaigns, shopper behavior, and category trends.
•    Consolidate data from multiple sources (distributor, internal, eComm platforms) to generate meaningful reports.
•    Support commercial and marketing teams with data-driven recommendations for planning, execution, and optimization.

2. Reporting & Forecasting
•    Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports that highlight key performance indicators across channels and portfolios.
•    Translate complex data into visual formats for senior stakeholders, supporting strategic reviews and planning sessions.
•    Work closely with Finance and Commercial teams to support forecasting, scenario planning, and post-campaign evaluations.

3. Supply & Demand Coordination
•    Act as the key liaison between the commercial/eCommerce/distributor team and the Supply Planning team.
•    Ensure inventory alignment for campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal demand peaks across online and offline channels.
•    Proactively monitor channel stock levels, flagging risks of OOS (out-of-stock) or overstock situations.
•    Share demand signals based on sell-out trends, marketing plans, and data analysis to improve forecast accuracy.

4. Tools & Data Infrastructure
•    Manage and enhance reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, internal dashboards), ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and accessible data.
•    Work with internal Data/IT teams to troubleshoot issues, automate reports, and improve data flows across systems.

5. Omnichannel Strategy & Execution
•    Track and report on omnichannel performance, identifying areas for improvement in shopper journey and conversion.
•    Stay current on omnichannel trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

The experience we're looking for

1.    Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, and analysis); knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong advantage.
2.    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
3.    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
4.    Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work cross-functionally with Supply, Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
5.    A team player with a positive attitude, high integrity, and a growth mindset.
6.    Comfortable working with ambiguity and proactive in problem-solving.
7.    Experience in FMCG, retail, or eCommerce is a plus.
8.    Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
