About the role
Are you eager to leave a mark on the world of health and hygiene with innovative ideas? Reckitt is looking for an Assistant Social Commerce Manager to be responsible for owning TikTok social commerce performance and strategy, driving GMV growth through strong cross-functional alignment, data-driven planning, and effective agency management. This role focuses on end-to-end TikTok Shop acceleration, ensuring commercial targets are met through optimized content, campaigns, and operational rigor across Malaysia & Singapore.
Your responsibilities
Social Commerce Strategy & Execution
- Own TikTok GMV targets (monthly & quarterly) and overall social commerce strategy
- Develop and steer end-to-end TikTok Shop growth plans aligned to commercial priorities
- Approve and track weekly GMV gap-closure plans to ensure target delivery
- Liaise closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) on product prioritization, promotional calendar and campaign mechanics
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Drive alignment across Social Commerce Agency, Media Agency, Internal stakeholders (KAM, Brand, E-commerce),
- Validate and optimize incentive structures, sampling plans, and campaign mechanics to maximize conversion
- Ensure agencies are delivering against GMV, content output, and performance KPIs
TikTok Content & SVC Development
- Oversee development of Short Video Content (SVCs) aligned with brand priorities, commercial messaging, platform best practices
- Ensure content is conversion-led, optimized for TikTok Shop performance (not just engagement)
- Collaborate with agencies and creators to continuously improve content effectiveness
The experience we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Shop / live commerce ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage GMV targets and performance-driven campaigns
- Experience managing multiple agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Highly agile, execution-driven, and commercially focused
