Your responsibilities

This role will be managing Digital Go-To-Market & Ecommerce, reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Controller.

  • Track and analyze ROAS, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and digital media efficiency across platforms.
  • Evaluate digital marketing spends and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Build dashboards for spend vs. revenue correlation and monitor efficiency of performance marketing budgets.
  • Partner with category and sales teams to monitor daily/weekly sales, gross margins, trade spends, and discounts.
  • Identify variances vs. forecast and highlight drivers of performance (price, mix, promo, channel).
  • Support pricing, portfolio, and channel profitability analysis.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting for eCommerce/Digital revenue and spend.
  • Support AOP (Annual Operating Plan) preparation for the eCommerce/Digital channel.
  • Work with business teams to align growth targets with investment efficiency.
  • Advise on optimal allocation of media and trade budgets across channels.
  • Support decision-making for new launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop automated reporting tools for sales and marketing performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.
  • Drive process improvements and financial discipline within the eCommerce team.
  • Business Partnership with Marketing & Trade marketing teams in evaluating P&L proposals and giving commercial insights in driving decisions.

The experience we're looking for

•    Professionally qualified with bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university, or professional bodies.
•    5+ years of work experience (Preferable in consumer facing industry) with 2+ years in commercial (FP&A, Business Partnering etc.) role
•    Strong Business acumen and skillful at understanding P&L drivers.
•    Must be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
•    Knowledge of SAP & Power Bi would be an added advantage
•    Good leadership and interpersonal skills
