About the role
As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. Your responsibilities
You will work in a shared services environment and is responsible for day-to-day administrative and transactional support for Human Resources Centre of Expertise (Integrated Talent). This role is responsible for maintaining the Talent data in our HR System (SuccessFactors) and provide guidance to our employees regarding Talent Management. Next, to ensure all the critical talent data is maintained accurately while providing excellent customer service in a timely manner. To perform the job successfully, an individual should have a passion to grow within HR and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across Reckitt.
- Assist in day-to-day operation, particularly maintaining Talent Data information, managing/coordinating the PDR & Talent Activities and ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are executed as agreed.
- Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
- Other clerical and administrative tasks assigned from time to time

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, or relevant professional qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HR administration and HR procedures is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure or experience in Talent-related areas (e.g. Performance Management or Learning) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or other HRIS platforms will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
