About the role

As a Executive – HR Operations (Global Mobility), you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end operational support across global mobility programs, ensuring employee movements are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
You will serve as a key operational partner for employees, HR Business Partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders by coordinating mobility activities, maintaining data integrity, supporting process improvements, and driving service excellence. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer focus, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Your responsibilities

Global Mobility Operations
•    Manage day-to-day administration and coordination of global mobility activities, including international assignments, permanent transfers, relocations, repatriations, and remote working arrangements.
•    Coordinate mobility processes with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
•    Support the administration of immigration, relocation, tax, payroll, and assignment-related activities.
•    Maintain accurate employee mobility records and documentation within HR systems.
•    Monitor case progress and ensure mobility transactions are completed within agreed service levels.
•    Prepare assignment documentation, mobility letters, and supporting reports as required.
•    Ensure operational activities are executed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

 

Stakeholder Management
•    Act as a primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders regarding mobility-related inquiries
•    Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Reward, and external service providers to facilitate smooth employee mobility experiences.
•    Resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases where appropriate
•    Provide guidance on mobility processes and service expectations to stakeholders
•    Support stakeholder communications relating to mobility programs and process changes

 

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

•    Identify process improvement opportunity/es to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
•    Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
•    Identify opportunities to drive further simplicity and efficiencies, improving upon current methodologies to ensure continuous improvement 

 

Data Management & Reporting
•    Ensure processes and actions are completed in a timely, consistent manner within a set of compliance guidelines.
•    Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.    
•    Maintain a high standard of data accuracy across HR and mobility systems. 
•    Generate reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to support business requirements.          
•    Other clerical and administrative tasks assigned from time to time.

The experience we're looking for

•    Knowledge of Global Mobility, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Administration. 
•    Experience supporting mobility processes such as relocation, immigration, assignments, and international transfers. 
•    Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills. 
•     Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities. 
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Experience working with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, or equivalent platforms. 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and regions 
•    Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process efficiencies
