Executive / Senior Executive - HR Operations - Reward (1 year Contract)

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide HR services, such as handling queries and providing first-line advice and guidance.
- Execute data transactions or system transactions where these cannot be performed by self-service or automation.
- Coordinate with Reward COE and IT to manage end-to-end annual pay review and bonus cycle related actions.
- Partner with Reward COE to follow procedures and control documentation for uploading compensation updates, one-time payments, on demand payments and other compensation adjustments in the SuccessFactors.
- Perform UAT, SRT covering end-to-end scenario for IT solution deployment in line with design changes.
- Manage workflow navigation, role-based permissions switch over, data publish, and statement publish back.
- Liaise with Finance for supporting activities for bonus plan execution for the respective year.
- Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g. HRBP, CoE, etc.) and internal teams (e.g. solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee queries.
- Prioritise cases and conduct continuous follow ups/ check-ins to ensure case closure.
- Gain cross disciplinary HR knowledge to deliver end to end ownership of customer experiences.
- Raise and drive continuous improvement opportunities in HR service delivery.
- Maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.
Requirements:
- Able to manage transactions with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders is essential for this role.
- Demonstrate strong Reward knowledge and continuous improvement implementation.
- Strong knowledge of H2R best practices in Shared Services environment.
- Strong change management skills to deliver new processes into Shared Services.
- Excellent communication and good technical skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
- Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel; Word; PowerPoint).
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Reward or HR Shared Services.
