What to Expect?
As an HR Reckitt intern, you won’t be observing from the sidelines, you’ll be fully involved from day one. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business projects, and gain exposure to a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven global environment.
You can expect to:

Support Internal Engagement initiatives through coordination, communication, and execution of activities.

Provide administrative support, including document preparation and stamping processes.
Throughout the internship period, you will also receive guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to support your personal and professional growth. By the end of your internship, you will walk away with practical experience, strong industry insights, and the confidence to step into the next stage of your career.
Who are We Looking For?
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field of study.
- Interested with vacancies in the department(s) of HR (Employer Branding/Employee Experience), Sales(Data Reporting/Stakeholder Management), Medical Affairs and Marketing (Branding).
- Minimum CGPA of 3.2
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months
