About the role

Seize the opportunity to step into a pivotal Finance or Commercial Controller position at Reckitt, where your expertise will play a central role in managing the financial operations of a dynamic international market. In this strategic role, you will oversee the financial dimensions of international logistics, ensuring efficient end‑to‑end product flow while maintaining rigorous cost controls and partnering closely with the tax team. Your financial leadership will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, strengthening governance, and supporting sustainable long‑term growth for one of the world’s leading consumer brands.

Your responsibilities

-Extensive experience in senior management roles, with proven capability operating at IT and Digital leadership levels.
-Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimising business systems, processes, and enterprise-wide strategies.
-Recognised for strong leadership acumen, with a natural ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.
-Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a refined ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships.
-Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments requiring agility, resilience, and sound decision‑making.
-Advanced proficiency in complex data analysis and the application of insights derived from large datasets.
-Established track record in project and programme management, with practical application of design thinking methodologies.
-Proven capability in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing multifaceted change across diverse stakeholder groups.
