About the role

The IT&D Director ASEAN drives regional IT strategy and delivery across ASEAN, acting as a key IT partner to commercial leadership while also supporting global sales excellence through a dual regional and global transformation role. The position operates with high autonomy and serves as the senior IT interface for regional and global stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Lead IT&D strategy and delivery across ASEAN markets
Partner with commercial leaders to enable sales capability and digital transformation
Drive regional sales and business transformation initiatives, aligned with global priorities
Ensure regional IT execution is aligned with global technology strategy
Lead and develop the regional IT leadership team
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across global, regional, and local markets
Drive change management and adoption of global ways of working across ASEAN

Lead a regional IT leadership team with responsibility across multiple ASEAN markets
Manage senior functional leaders with broader teams reporting through them
Operate in a dynamic structure with future organisational evolution anticipated

Experience

Senior IT leadership experience within a multinational environment
Proven track record leading regional or multi‑country IT organisations
Strong partnership with commercial or sales teams
Experience delivering large‑scale transformation and change initiatives

Leadership Capabilities

Strong executive‑level stakeholder management
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational execution
Ability to influence across global and regional organisations
High ownership, resilience, and adaptability in complex environments
