About the role

IT&D Senior Analyst – SAP Quality Management is responsible for supporting product roadmaps and delivery of major projects, enhancements and L4 support for all products within Manufacturing. The individual will provide subject matter expertise related to SAP Quality Management, Lab Management and related business processes. He/she will collaborate with both Global IT&D for Manufacturing, R&D, Connected Labs and ensure optimization of solutions in the functional area. Individual should have excellent communication skills and must showcase visible energy and passion for the role, willingness and experience level that will ensure success for the broader teams involved.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for the Quality workstream and work closely with business stakeholders to provide value to the business.
  • Implement short term and long-term projects in line with product strategy and roadmap.
  • Contribute to design workshops, solution assessment and recommendations.
  • Documentation of functional project deliverables (High-Level Requirements, Functional Specification, End-User Testing)
  • Provide SME support for BAU activities.
  • Govern and enforce the standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams, Global Process owners and business stakeholders to design and deliver global solutions, country-specific localizations as needed to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery partners, suppliers, and other product managers across the organization to ensure Product Group success.
  • Support teams of developers, configurators, and other subject matter experts to deliver small to medium-sized projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.

The experience we're looking for

  • 7-10+ years of SAP experience with strong functional depth in Quality Management, implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects.
  • Proven experience of minimum of two full cycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Quality Management processes and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, WM.
  • Hands on SAP configuration and technical skills to understand complex workflow requirements to develop detailed functional specifications is a must. Knowledge of ALE, IDocs, interfaces between SAP to SAP & SAP to Non-SAP systems is a must.
  • Experience with third party integration systems like MES, Connected Labs, factory applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality KPIs and compliance processes.
  • Experience working in global operations with multiple plants and cross-cultural teams. 
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
