Your responsibilities
Traffic Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Lead the planning, activation, optimization, and tracking of eCommerce digital media across GBUs and key eCommerce platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic acquisition and revenue growth through in‑platform media (e.g., Sponsored Solutions, Citrus), search, prospecting, retargeting, social commerce, affiliates, and emerging channels.
- Continuously optimize media performance across platforms in collaboration with agency partners to maximize efficiency and results.
- Identify, test, and scale new media channels and opportunities to strengthen traffic acquisition and sales generation.Drive a full‑funnel marketing approach that integrates digital media with eCommerce to deliver a seamless consumer journey.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and eCommerce‑attributed GMV.
- Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and online shopping trends to refine performance strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Capability Building
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including brand marketing, eCRM, and eCommerce commercial teams to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Malaysia and Singapore on eCommerce paid media, search, and full‑funnel performance marketing.
- Ensure product listings, content, and campaign executions are optimized to resonate with target audiences and support commercial objectives.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class eCommerce performance marketing outcomes.
The experience we're looking for
- 5-8 years working experience working in digital or online marketing performance analytics and optimization. Experience working in Shopee/Lazada/Pandamart/ Amazon is a plusProven track record in developing successful e-commerce strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing and online campaign management.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer health sectors.
- A clear understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
- Strong project management and customer relationship acumen.
