About the role
As a Quality & OPEX Analyst, you will be a key contributor to shaping and elevating the way we work across Reckitt’s Global People Services (GPS). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Quality, Compliance, and Operational Excellence (OPEX) within an HR Shared Services environment.You’ll support the design, coordination, and execution of various quality audits, customer feedback reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with global and local stakeholders, you’ll help define tools and frameworks to build a culture of quality and efficiency. This role provides valuable exposure across all HR Shared Services functions, including Payroll, and is a great entry point for someone looking to grow in a career in transformation, quality, or operations.
Your responsibilities
Quality & Compliance Oversight
• Support the design and setup of the Quality framework, including audit tools, checklists, and sampling methodologies.
• Conduct and coordinate Quality Audits, SOP reviews, and BCP (Business Continuity Plan) testing across services.
• Analyze NPS/CSat feedback and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations and service issues.
• Track and follow up on corrective actions, sharing insights and lessons learned across teams.
Operational Excellence (OPEX)
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or automation initiatives led by the OPEX team.
• Assist in the implementation of Daily Visual Management (DMS) systems and Voice of the Business (VoB) reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and documenting opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
• Work cross-functionally with the Quality, OPEX, Internal Controls, Audit, and Data Governance teams on key initiatives.
• Promote a culture of quality and improvement through active engagement, communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in and support training activities, including internal Lean Six Sigma awareness and project efforts.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Quality, Operations, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Shared Services, HR Operations, or a support role in Quality/OPEX
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables; macros a plus) and general tech savviness
• Good command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and basic data reporting
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity to learn, and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO9001, (certification is a plus)
