About the role

Embark on a rewarding journey as the Regional Reward Manager with Reckitt. Craft the blueprint for comprehensive reward programmes across a vast market or a set of markets, nurturing an environment where excellence is recognised and rewarded. - A robust background in Reward within a vibrant, fast-paced setting.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence, even when details are fluid.
- Proficient in data analysis, delivering insights that drive impactful decisions.
- Strong communication abilities, fostering excellent relationships across diverse groups.
- Adept in strategic planning with a practical, analytic mindset focused on results.
- Experience with total reward and change management, equipped with commercial savvy and a knack for compelling storytelling.
