Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

  • Map and consolidate returns data from multiple distributor sources — ZP, DKSH, LHUNI, DMS into a clean, structured view. To flag & identify patterns, flag anomalies, and help build the baseline that underpins the Project Zero KPI framework. This feeds directly into the ASEAN rollout narrative.
  • Help coordinate data requests and follow-ups across ASEAN markets (MY, TH, SG, VN) to build a comparable returns baseline across markets. This includes structuring the ask, chasing responses, and consolidating inputs with stakeholder-facing work
  • Process documentation and SOP mapping, understanding how ZP indent, PO processing, and claims work end-to-end, and identifying where leakage or inefficiency sits. This enables and helps produces a documented process map that becomes part of the Project Zero playbook.
  • Compile weekly/monthly reporting snapshots for Project Zero KPIs. Over time, the intern owns the rhythm of the reporting pack, feeding into the regional TI & Returns dashboard that the AST team is building

 

Throughout the internship period, you will also receive guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to support your personal and professional growth. By the end of your internship, you will walk away with practical experience, strong industry insights, and the confidence to step into the next stage of your career.

 

Internship Monthly Allowance: RM 1,700

The experience we're looking for

  • Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field of study.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.2
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months
