About the role
To lead the commercial planning agenda by integrating Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Commercial Performance Management. The role is responsible for driving sustainable top-line growth, optimizing trade investments, enhancing profitability, and ensuring full cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Your responsibilities
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Leadership
- Define and lead RGM strategy including pricing, promotions, trade terms optimization, and portfolio management.
- Design the right RGM enablers to support the framework and bring it to live i.e. price-pack architecture studies and recommend pricing actions to improve revenue and profitability.
- Lead the productivity initiatives- set up detail planning, operating model to achieve target
- Identify revenue pool opportunities and margin accretive growth initiatives.
Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Actively involve in monthly IBP cycles to align Sales, Finance, and Supply on commercial targets.
- Establish solid operating model to integrate demand forecasts, commercial plans, and financial forecasts into one integrated view.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on gap-to-targets, risk and opportunity management, and mitigation plans.
Commercial Performance Management
- Oversee the end-to-end commercial planning via
- Embedding financial rigor into commercial decision-making
- Ensuring that business achieves financial targets i.e. NR, GM, COP
- Uphold the SOP and initiate any discipline strategy execution

- % achievement of pricing/TI targets
- % GM improvements
- % productivity savings delivered vs target
- # of RGM initiatiives implemented vs annual roadmap
IBP
- % accuracy of commercial forecasts vs actuals (Demand KPIs, IMS, DOI, NR)
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer-focused industries
- At least 5 years of strong background in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing, promotions, and trade investment optimization
- Functional, Analytical & Strategic Thinking Skills
- Deep understanding of pricing architecture, trade terms management, and portfolio profitability analysis
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate financial targets (e.g., NR, GM, COP) into actionable plans
- Ability to identify revenue opportunities and margin accretive initiatives through data-driven insights
- Proficient in financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk/opportunity assessment
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in aligning forecast gaps and commercial trade-offs
- Proven leadership in managing productivity initiatives and strategic projects
- Able to influence and align multiple stakeholders across functions
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Commercial planning tool (Nielsen is a must)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
