eCommerce Assistant UX Manager

About the role

You will be responsible for creating WOW consumer experiences across all eCommerce touchpoints for the country.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating with Business Development and Performance Marketing teams to develop content & implement across E-Commerce (e.g. SKU page, campaign/promo banners, newsletter images) in line with the brand guidelines & maintain tracking of portfolio content across all platforms and ensure it is always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic etc.).
  • Assist to liaise with brand team to drive creation of rich content across ecommerce platforms. Rich content can be product, category, official store/shop-in-shop, educational, engagement or campaign content for all E-commerce platform (Retail, Market Place & D2C)
  • Work with data from external (Shopee/Lazada) or internal dashboards to improve and optimize shopping experience
  • Manage event and store planning and execute company/brand led campaign initiatives
  • Work closely with Graphics Designer to develop assets to support campaigns
  • Develop strong familiarity with platform’s tools and assets to ensure maximum
  • Develop and optimize product description and SKU listing to trigger high rank on-site search.
  • Work with Business Development Manager in creating in-store promo/ campaigns for specific and cross category including content, visibility and converted traffic
  • Work with CRM (Email, SMS, & Chat Bot) content development and subscription based to boost the sales performance.
  • Propose and execute new ideas to enhance the customer’s shopping experience and engagement e.g.: Livestream, Contests to support campaigns
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance across online sales channels.
  • Oversee Customer Service performance on product discussion, review & rating.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, fine Arts or Business Management related field.
  • Min 1-3 years’ working experience working in digital or online marketing performance analytics and optimization
  • Possess superb knowledge and experience in leading and managing Digital Media, Social Media, Brand and O2O include managing agencies. (not needed- can learn on the job)
  • High level of curiosity and creativity in designing contents.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with strong relationship skills and a (fun) team player mentality
  • Proactive self- starter. Able to keep manager informed of progress as appropriate.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize. Must be able to manage time effectively in a challenging environment.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills – able to manage conflict and resistance
  • Decisive – able to identify and focus on key issues
  • Commitment and can-do attitude
