We announce vacant position Demand Planner for Hygiene unit (Finish, Vanish, AirWeek, Calgon)  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring appropriate forecast accuracy level for assigned brands
  • Leading monthly S&OP meetings with Sales and Marketing managers
  • Reviewing daily sales activity for assigned brands and adjust short term and long term production schedules to minimize risk of customer service issues
  • Participating in various projects with the aim of improving the forecast reliability and/ or the forecasting process
  • Communication with supplier side on production plan update and production issues
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, regulatory, finance departments during S&OP meetings, NPD launches, etc
  • Timely identification of supply issues and providing this information to Sales Managers
  • Providing clear information to sales part on product availability within the month
  • Planning support for new product launches, relaunches, delisting’s, co-pack activities and promotions
  • Inventory management and optimization to ensure target stock level
  • Identifying and managing potential stock obsolescence to minimize stock write-offs

We expect:

  • University degree in the field of supply chain, operations, economics or similar
  • At least 1,5 year of work experience in a comparable, relevant position
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of the supply chain processes including demand management, S&OP, production planning, capacity planning, material planning and procurement
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, SAP (will be an advantage)
  • English - intermediate/ upper-intermediate level
  • Effective communication, interpersonal team involvement and organizational skills with effective ability to adjust to change
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, manage complexity
  • Result oriented, fast learner, flexible to changes, team player
