About the role
We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of one of our OTC brands on Brand Marketing Specialist position.
Your responsibilities
• Develop and present the annual brand plan: market analysis, positioning, tactics, budget
• Own the brand P&L - understand every line and be able to explain variances
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities with agencies
• Track market data: sell-in / sell-out, market share, competitive landscape
• Handle administrative tasks
• Contribute to cross-functional company projects
The experience we're looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or OTC / pharma
• Familiarity with brand planning and P&L basics or a genuine drive to learn
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with Excel and market data
• Strong organizational skills - admin tasks get done without reminders
• English intermediate
