About the role
We're searching for an IT & D Regional Senior Manager with an innovative spirit to help lead Reckitt's technological growth in the UK. Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to hit business targets and drive growth.
- Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence in service delivery.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with crucial stakeholders, creating robust networks across the business landscape.
- Analyse market dynamics and competitor approaches to seize emerging opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while managing budgets prudently.
- Champion digital strategies, cyber security, data privacy, and digital transformation projects company-wide.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven background in senior management within the IT & D sector.
- Track record of driving business performance and meeting commercial objectives.
- Accomplished in leadership, with refined people management capabilities.
- Skilled in communication, capable of connecting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
- Agile and efficient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Expertise in digital strategy, cyber security, data governance, and stakeholder relationship management.
