Production Shift Supervisor – Pri

Your responsibilities

• According to the instructions and production needs, preside over the daily pre-shift meeting, according to the production plan issued by the production department, reasonable arrangement, allocation of production personnel, strict organization, to ensure the effective implementation of the production plan and other operations to meet the needs.

The experience we're looking for

1. College degree or above.
2. At least 2 years working experience in the same position in a manufacturing company with workshop or team management experience.
3. Be responsible for the production, safety and product quality of the workshop.
4. Good organization, coordination and communication skills
