You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

You will be embedded within our customer’s organisation and play a critical role in aligning the our operations with the customer’s needs. This role is especially important, where supply chain efficiency and collaboration are key.

Your responsibilities

Customer relationship management:

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with Customer stakeholders
    • Act as primary liaison between the supply and Customer team

 

Supply Chain and Logistics Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of E2E supply chain processes
    • Familiarity with Customer supply chain systems
    • Ability to manage forecasting, replenishment, and on-shelf availability

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI etc for analysing sales, stock and forecast data
    • Ability to interpret EPOS data and generate actionable insights
    • Monitor KPIs such as service levels, waste, availability and forecast accuracy

 

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

    • Proactive in identifying supply issues and resolving them quickly
    • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
    • Crisis management skills

 

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

    • Clear and concise communication with both internal and external (Customer) stakeholders
    • Ability to collaborate and negotiate with buyers, supply planners, and logistics teams

 

Project Management:

    • Lead or support supply chain improvement initiatives
    • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal events
    • Ensure alignment on critical paths and timelines

 

Commercial Awareness:

    • Understand Customer commercial strategy and how Reckitt fits into it
    • Awareness of category performance, competitor activity, and market trends

 

Technical and Systems Knowledge

    • Experience with Customer systems
    • Understanding of EDI, order management, and inventory systems
