About the role
You will manage projects from day one, making decisions with real impact and driving performance through brands with purpose to Create a Cleaner & Healthier world.
This position is responsible for the support of brands development through the achievement of specific growth objectives.The position resides within the country marketing function and will give support to Marketing & Trade Marketing Team.
Your responsibilities
-Brand Strategy Execution: Support the execution of brand and activation plans across Marketing and Trade Marketing, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, commercial priorities, and overall business objectives.
-Campaign & Activation Execution: Support the planning and execution of brand and trade marketing activations across multiple channels, including in‑store, digital, social media, and POS materials. Coordinate timelines and support delivery to ensure activations are executed on time and in line with agreed budgets.
-Cross‑Functional & Agency Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing) and support coordination with external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of marketing and trade initiatives.
-Brand Communication: Support the creation of compelling brand content and communication materials. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and channels.
-Event Management: Assist in planning and executing brand-related events, promotions, and activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
The experience we're looking for
-Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level in a business-related subject from a recognized university.
-Fluent in English and Portuguese.
-Understanding of digital marketing basics, including social media, online campaigns, and digital content adaptation for different channels.
-Understanding of brand activation principles across marketing and trade marketing, including in-store activation, POS materials, promotinos and integrated campaings.
-Open attitude, enthusiastic and with high motivation.
