Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

Lead category management projects with customers and be the trusted neutral advisor

 Develop business insights that can be integrated with customer overall business goals:

 Support local market with business & channel insights that can drive value.

 Research’s deeply around business Questions to help understand shoppers and category behaviour.

 Develop category management vision per account and execute through leading category reviews and category management projects, especially optimization of assortment, micro & macro-shelf placement

 Provide insights and recommendations to Brand Managers, Marketing Managers and Key Accounts in order to help optimize Company performance.

 Lead Customer Strategies & Activation Plan within your assigned channel from planning to execution working together with KAM and Field Team following the Brand LSM principles;
Define and develop channel tactics, customized & Impactful solutions and communication (selling stories) per customer, that best responds to Company brands, giving support to commercial strategy

Develop customer specific promotions as part of the customer activation plan

Define Masterplan with Omnichannel Campaigns (On-line and Off-line) in the customer and track results, synchronized with ATL Brand Communication

Lead development and implementation of customer-specific in-store materials

Analyze customer execution in our categories Retailer and Company that is contractually supported (eg:. ECR, EMNOS, AIMIA, Nielsen, Global Data, etc).

Propose and Track Category LSM – Local Success Model in terms of 4Ps Activation for each category aligned with Brand Managers and GSM guidelines

Generate learnings through in-depth insights from sell out data and loyalty card data and transform them into shopper-relevant concepts to optimize long-term category growth

Adhoc Data-Driven strategies to help retailers to understand importance, financial impacts and develop trends creating value.
 

The experience we're looking for

-Previous experience as Brand Manager, Category Manager or Trade marketing (2 years min.)

- Proficiency level in MS Excel/ Power BI/ SAP/Customer Portals is valuable.

-English: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)

- Portuguese: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken) 

- Knowledge of the consumer goods sector and eager to surmount its challenges.

- Adept at turning statistics into actionable insights and sales strategies.

- Exceptional attention to detail with the agility to thrive in a dynamic environment.

- Skilled in delivering messages and ideas effectively to a broad audience.

- Strong project management capabilities including thorough planning, communication, and budget handling.

- Influential in your approach, able to guide and persuade a diverse group of stakeholders.

- Autonomous, solution-oriented, with an omnichannel mindset towards all projects.
