Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

 

The Field Sales Executive mission is to enable the achievement of sales goals through the implementation of company approved plans within an assigned territory. This professional should be driven by front end execution for Reckitt brands, while in charge for educating and engaging pharmacists in our healthcare products. The position is based within the Healthcare Sales division of the Reckitt Country Sales Operations.

The role includes driving incremental SKU distribution, display placement as well as sustaining product distribution, shelving and promotion activities for Reckitt branded products.   Duties include successful sales of conceptual products and programs to store level decision-makers while maintaining trusting relationships. 

Your responsibilities

  • Management of a portfolio of pharmacies and stores in a given geographic area, with the purpose of increasing the customer sell out of Reckitt brands. The goals should be achieved through negotiation, proper implementation of account plans and sales’ fundamentals;
  • Gather relevant information about our business partners, namely through monthly and quarterly information: sell out in units and value, market share and stock levels. Reporting and analysis of this information and identification of improvement opportunities and growth drivers for the partnership;
  • Work towards cycle targets through the execution of the company’s 3D priorities with assigned geographical zone, supporting the achievement of sales targets, negotiating and executing 3D’s policies: Distribution, Display and Detailing;
  • Satisfy the customer while maximizing added value provided to consumer, costumer and Reckitt itself;
  • Establish a trust relationship with the pharmacists and pharmacy managers, disseminating Reckitt products and providing training sessions;
  • Reduce out of stocks and increase distribution, comparing assortment in the point of sale and reporting incidents;
  • Study competitors’ strategy and action in the point of sale and inform the business.

  • Be aware to any complication and search immediate solutions

The experience we're looking for

-Master’s degree. Ideally focused on Pharma Sciences, other health related subject or Management.

-Entry level position. Maximum 2 years of experience in pharma industry.

- English/ Portuguese, advanced level.

- Commercially astute, paired with sharp skills in negotiation.
- Ambitious in strategy execution, always pushing for operational excellence.
