Junior Brand Manager

Description

Want to power forward a powerbrand? As an Junior Brand Manager at Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to make a big name even bigger.

 

Focusing on a dedicated market, you’ll make your mark by making sure we do the same. You’ll:

•    You will work on the equity, innovation and activation plans for Consumer Health Care Brands, presented in Mass Market.
•    Propose and coordinate local activations plans ATL and BTL along with local agencies
•    Coordinate media plans, brand materials and innovation processes
•    Lead internal task forces, performance and sales meetings covering analytic results and proposing activation plans
•    Manage the Budget and P&L of your brands
•    Work with supply, trade marketing and sales teams to ensure business priorities.

You’ll succeed because…

•    Have a solid background in sales or marketing
•    Have previous experience in FMCG (ideally) or Consumer Healthcare
•    Are creative and resilient problem-solver
•    Are a natural team player
•    Are comfortable wrestling with data to draw conclusions and suggest new strategic approaches.
