About the role
The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing plans for Reckitt brands working closely with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams. This role is designed for a organised, proactive, and analytical individual who contributes to brand growth through strong execution, coordination, and data-driven support in a regulated healthcare environment.
Your responsibilities
- Support the execution of brand plans, including campaigns, launches and ongoing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and update of marketing materials (presentations, sales tools, POS, internal communications).
- Coordinate timelines, approvals and artwork with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
- Support day‑to‑day coordination of marketing projects and agency deliverables.
- Assist with market and performance analysis using existing data sources.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance and budgets.
- Support the preparation of materials for field force and customer activities.
- Assist with budget tracking, including Purchase Order (PO) creation and follow‑up.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory, medical and compliance requirements.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Initial experience in Marketing (internship, traineeship or first role), preferably within FMCG, Healthcare, OTC or Nutrition.
- Exposure to regulated environments and basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting brand activities such as campaigns, launches or ongoing initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, prepare reports, dashboards and KPI tracking in Excel.
- Experience coordinating projects and working with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
- Well‑organised, proactive and detail‑oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Storng knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
