Your responsibilities
- Drives approval process of CME activities from the creation of Implementing Memo (IM) to the closing of the Sponsorship Approval Request Form (SARF).
- Leads the implementation of Medical Sales and Marketing Business Unit CME activities from the creation of contracts with the vendors up to the post CME Evaluation of the program.
- Strategizes and decides for the best possible execution of CME activities and provides alternative action for contingency plan. These include planning and organizing, vendor selection and budget control.
- Builds and provides strategic partnership with Medical societies in order to create positive impact on the business.
- Processes sponsorship requests of the Medical Sales Force for medical conventions and conferences that include registration, accommodation, servicing, and plane booking requirements of the medical customers.
- Aligns and closely works with the marketing coordinators in managing logistical requirements and implementation of marketing and medical sales initiated programs such as product launches and brand related lectures.
- Coordinates and negotiates with company accredited suppliers for goods and services needed in the implementation of CME-related projects.
- Monitors and evaluates success and opportunities of CME programs, and provides analysis and recommendation to sales and marketing teams.
- Ensures that all CME programs are aligned with legal, regulatory and compliance standards.
- Plans ahead to minimize the exposure of the company to possible risk in the external environment as a result of more vigilant adherence to compliance policies pertaining to CME.
- Takes the lead in collaborating with the finance group in processing payments of company accredited suppliers and in monitoring budget charging of expenses.
- Proacts and takes necessary action to prevent potential payment issues to suppliers thus avoiding issues on litigation
- Controls and monitors CME budget of respective projects in the business unit. Provides appropriate recommendation for effective budget utilization
- Provides guidance in report generation system.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by the CME Head
The experience we're looking for
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Course with proven academic track record, Medical-related/ health course is preferable
- At least two years of Sales Management Experience
- At least two years of CME or Marketing Experience
- At least two years of Training or SFE Experience
