About the role
Your key responsibility is to create a WOW (!) Consumer experience in all eCommerce touchpoints and platforms by focusing on Content Excellence, Customer Communications & Initiatives and managing REAL framework for Ratings & Reviews.
Your responsibilities

Be an active member of the eCommerce team, demonstrating initiative and a ‘growth-hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset

Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to Content Creation and Catalogue Management

Work with Brand Approved content and adapt it across all eCom platforms and SKUs while meeting platform requirements

Maintain high level of discipline and execution excellence to ensure 100% SKUs have desired content – primary image, secondary images, product title & descriptions.
- Fully own SIS, Store Feed, CEM, Live Chat, Ratings & Reviews, Livestream and Short Video Content / Channels
The experience we're looking for

Strong Project Management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters

Strong inter-personal skills, able to independently engage internal and external stakeholders

Command over Data & Insights tools, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Dragonfly, Toluna etc

Strong analytical & data mining aptitude, ability to use data to develop and support decisions

Must be proactive self-starter with can-do attitude; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit
The skills for success

Sound Commercial acumen; Marketing with an FMCG Brand is an added advantage

Experience working with dominant eCommerce player in the market is an added advantage
