About the role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving infant formula business across the HCP support program and develop new source of business to enable acquisition and retention. The role will handle the HCP support program, manage the key partners and enablers to ensure a smooth flow of fulfilment and availability of our brand. This role will also oversee all existing third-party support programs or potential partnerships needed to drive the business growth of the company. With the growing hospital business potential, the role will  assist in driving the leadership and brand building in key hospital accounts that will create awareness, trial and preference among key customers. This role will be supporting the medical sales in their efforts for hospital account management and key stake holder engagement

Your responsibilities

  • Achieving all key sales measures pertaining to the HCP support program and assigned key institutions and hospitals.
  • Develops and leads the execution of the agreed plans and activities aimed at to driving business in the HCP support program, institutions and hospitals.
  • Manages and develops relationship with distributors, external partners and HCPs who will  drive the business growth and maximize the potential
  • Develop  and implement contract management processes
  • Coordinate and organize within stakeholders; leads to address issues, concerns and strategies to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Conducts field visit to gain feedback from customers/ partners
  • Provides program /channel analysis and development plans   to LT and stakeholders to deliver the company goals and objectives
  • Effectively liaise and coordinates with other departments on special projects and other related business development initiatives
  • Establishes an environment that ensures total adherence to RB MJN Compliance Policy throughout the organization.
  • Works closely with medical sales leadership and medical sales team to manage and address key issues pertaining to the HCP support program, industrial and hospital business

The experience we're looking for

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in sales leadership and key account/hospital or distributor management
  • Strong commercial acumen and key account management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
