About the role

Your responsibilities

- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships with existing hospital accounts.
- Devise and implement strategic account plans that complement our business goals with a focus on customer requirements.
- Engage and negotiate with stakeholders to create value-driven contracts that are beneficial and compliant.
- Foster inter-departmental collaboration to craft customer-centric solutions.
- Provide insights on performance metrics, market trends and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnership.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in hospital account management and the delivery of strong sales performances.
- Deep understanding of the medical products landscape, market trends, and the healthcare sector.
- Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations with a talent for negotiations.
- A commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Enthusiasm for our purpose-driven culture, with a mindset focused on innovation and collaboration.
- Competent in using data analysis for informed decision making and strategy formulation.
