The Sales Information Manager ensures that proper system-level solutions are in place to have accurate data stored in Sales, SFA and Events systems; and to support the decision making of internal and external stakeholders by providing accurate and complete data in a timely, efficient and user-friendly manner. Development, implementation, support and maintenance of the MedicalSales systems performance focusing on effective planning, analysis and reporting of performance that is aligned with RB policies and procedures/compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of Medical Sales systems, processes and standards, ensuring all applications work effectively together to provide stable production, testing, and development environments
- Develop documentation such as requirements, schedules, plans, processes, procedures and status reports.
- Manage application support agreements/contracts, licensing updates and application software/documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with IS and SFE team to ensure consistency of processes and tools where appropriate.
- Provide guidance and coaching to SFE Officer
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Attainment:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably on Information Systems or Analytics
Professional Background:
•Experience in Sales Operations
•Strong background on Analytics
•Excellent on Sales System Support, SFA & Events System, HCP Database Management & Support, SFA system Technical Support
