About the role
To manage the Bahrain Factory finance activities and ensure adequate internal controls are in place with respect to compliance with the company’s finance policies.
Your responsibilities
-Analysis of material usage variance to understand wastage trend and enable production team to drive actions
-Compiling quality month end reports and doing an actionable analysis of the same
-Prepare costing for NPD's I EPD's and proper documentation of the same backed by appropriate calculations and assumptions
-Review of PPV by material and understanding the reasons for the same with Procurement team
-Assist in compiling detailed bottom-up plans / forecasts based on existing JDE BOM and latest prices from Procurement
-To carry out sourcing analysis with a view of profitably expanding the footprint of Factory
The experience we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG
-Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working
-Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
-Good understanding of financial concepts and global accounting standards
-Proven analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
