About the role

The Super User is responsible for ensuring the alignment between the global template and local business ways of working and roles in their part of the business.  This may require changes to the solution, but changes to local process are more likely, so a key part of the role is local stakeholder management and communication – they must act as local change agents. 

Your responsibilities

• Detailed knowledge of end to end Plant Maintenance process in manufacturing context 
• Good understanding of Plant Maintenance policies, systems and strategies. 
• Good understanding of Engineering Storeroom policies, systems and strategies, including spare parts management and spare parts allocation to work orders. 
• Experience in maintenance planning & scheduling, maintenance execution of day to day tasks, breakdowns and reactive maintenance, manufacturing processes & equipment technology. 
• General understanding of Plant Maintenance, and links to quality for calibrations and Environmental maintenance activities.  
• In depth knowledge or relevant master data 

The experience we're looking for

• Excellent English and local site language skills, both verbal and written
• Basic training and presentation skills
• High level of PC literacy and comfortable with IT systems, not fazed by them
• Organised and methodical in general approach to work
• Analytical approach
• Confident to use defined project management tools and techniques, under guidance from the Deployment Manager

The skills for success

• Business analysis experience is ideal but not critical – an analytical approach and being open-minded about change are as important
• Demonstrate good communication and influencing skills both verbally and written
• Possess general awareness of the processes operated across the site, and specific detailed knowledge of their functional area
